This is my first time leaving feedback for a car dealer. I drove 200 miles to Austin e Autos for a car I am interested in. The car price is acceptable, but I wondered how much the dealership would appraise my trade-in. Before stepping into the dealership, I already researched and had an idea of how much my trade-in is worth. However, I expected the dealership to start low. We would negotiate the final payment after a few rounds of checking with the manager. To my surprise, the first offer is what I had in mind for my trade-in. I spent about 20 minutes test driving and examining the new car, 5 minutes setting the final payment, and 5 minutes completing the documentation. I waited another 15 minutes to have the car washed, and then I was on my way home. The process was amazingly smooth. I can testify they worth the current Google 4.8 rating.
Overall a great experience. No pressure sales with a great staff and the process was quick and painless

Just waned to add an update. Had a small mechanical issue with the car a few weeks after we purchased it. The charging system was not charging (ended up being the alternator). I recalled them saying if you have any issues in the first month just call us.
So I contacted them and they went way above and beyond to take care of us. I live about an hour away and was concerned that the vehicle would not make the drive without dying so they picked the vehicle up and had it repaired and ready in less than two days.

Today I had an amazing experience buying a car from Austin eAutos. Having purchased dozens of cars over my 80 years I was suspecting the usual tactics of used car dealers. Instead we traded in our old car and drove out with a near new EV in about an hour and 15 minutes. No pressure, no attempts to upsell, no mysterious add on 'extras'. Just cordial, helpful service without wasting our time. Notable individuals contributing to our great experience were salesperson Noelle and finance manager Stephanie. I highly recommend Austin eAutos if you are looking for a better car buying experience.
